Business office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
We accept all major insurances including, but not limited, to:
- Medicare
- Anthem
- Aetna
- Southern Health
- Optima Health
- United Health Care
- PHCS
We are currently not accepting new Medicaid patients.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card as forms of payment.
