Ian S. Shupack, M.D.

Dr. Shupack, a graduate of Texas A&M's School of Medicine, has been practicing at Mechanicsville Medical Center since 1998. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia's Chesterfield Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Shupack enjoys tennis, golf, and other outdoor sports, as well as taking part in family activities and traveling with his wife and 3 children.
John F. Cornett, M.D.

An alumnus of the Medical College of Virginia & The College of William & Mary, Dr. Cornett has been practicing medicine at Mechanicsville Medical Center since 2004. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia's Chesterfield Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys teaching medical students.
Dr. Cornett enjoys various recreational activities, church, and travel with his family including his three children. A former college and high school teacher, he enjoys reading non-fiction literature, regular exercise, cooking, gardening, following various sports, and once spent seven weeks camping on the Appalachian Trail.
Kevin J. Sahli, M.D.

Dr. Sahli, a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, has been practicing at Mechanicsville Medical Center since 2006. He completed his residency at Medical College of Virginia’s Chesterfield Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Sahli enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and three children.
Laura L. Burijon, M.D.

Dr. Burijon, a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, joined Mechanicsville Medical Center in 2008. She completed her residency at Medical College of Virginia’s Chesterfield Family Practice and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Burijon enjoys spending time with family, watching soccer and football, church activities, reading, running, and entertaining.
Elizabeth “Lilly” Bettinger, P.A.
Education: University of Virginia and South University
Lilly began her career in medicine at the University of Virginia. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies at South University. Throughout her medical training, she found a passion for primary care. When she is not busy caring for patients, Lilly enjoys spending time with family and going to hockey games.

Karlie Kellstrom, P.A.
Education: Master of Science in Physician Assistant, South University;
Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Old Dominion University
Karlie began her career in medicine at Old Dominion University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies at South University. Throughout her clinical rotations she discovered her love for family medicine.
When she is not busy caring for patients, Karlie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and exploring all that Richmond has to offer.
